Passionate about growing the Northern SME economy, Jordan helps the North reach its potential by supporting SME's access funding from regional and national investors. Using her innovation and enterprise expertise Jordan has a proven ability to drive startup and business growth through experience of taking advisory and consultant positions. She uses her experience as an entrepreneur to support them in their growth strategies, building an external marketing profile and sales plan, working efficiently, building management and leadership capacity and identifying future product opportunities.

Jordan has a broad knowledge and senior leader track record across business disciplines including talent and people, technology product development, marketing and sales and is well rehearsed in connecting major influencers, investors and other key ecosystems across the North of the UK.

A huge advocate for driving diversity across the business and innovation landscape, Jordan works collaboratively with partners and government funded initiatives to help promote both Women in Innovation as well as Women in Investment across the UK.

Jordan Dargue is a talent management and business growth consultant operating across the UK. Jordan is also a mentor and advisory board member, helping startup, early-stage and high-growth businesses across the UK.
